Sica Waves Hello In New IG Update
Jessica Jung smiles sweetly as she waves hello to her fans. Judging from the headphones, I guess she's working on that new Korean/English she talked about at the opening of the Valentino boutique in Singapore below. The caption of the clip is "Sweet Dreams"...could that be the title one the tracks of her new album? Anyhow, I really can't wait for that album to come out! Sica Hwating!

Stellar Slayed in "Sting"!
Stellar announced their comeback in the beginning of this year, so I was REALLY anticipating their comeback. Even though Stellar isn't mainstream in k-pop for their amount of "skin exposure," I'm able to look past that. Their new single, "Sting," sounds so catchy, just like "Vibrato." As for the music video itself, it looks simple, but feminine. When I first found out about Stellar last year, I was shocked at how good their music sounds since I used to reserve a belief that any girl group that feels the need to expose a lot of skin most likely makes crappy music. But, Stellar proved me wrong. Check out their new music video below!

Tzuyu Seen Linking Arms With Twice Members
Tzuyu was seen earlier today arms linked with other Twice members in the airport as they head to ISAC. In some of the photos below, she looks exhausted and stressed out. However, I'm really happy the other Twice members are there for their maknae. I hope this whole so-called "scandal" dies down because it's heartbreaking to see a 16-year-old so stressed like this.

So, there's nothing in Hallyu news worth posting about, in my opinion. I would like to take a break from the whole Tzuyu controversy, it's starting to stress me out. Winner's Namtae has recently become a bias of mine and have been constantly looking through pictures of him over the past week or so. Winner To Release 3 MVs on February 1st
As I write this post, I am fangirling. So. Hard. I can't contain myself.
I'm finally going to see my Namtae in some new work ^^. I love watching the "Empty" video, but it's getting a bit repetitive now. Anyways, Winner's 2016 comeback is almost upon us. Next month, they will be releasing 3 music videos at ONCE along with their mini album. Releasing 3 music videos at once is like YG's way of apologizing to the Inner Circle for the extremely long hiatus. And let's face it: We deserve it! More about their comeback in the article below!

"Winner To Make The Best Comeback Ever With 3 Music Videos on February 1st"
Boy band Winner, who have their mini album release on the 1st of next month, has confirmed that they're preparing a major comeback where there will be 3 music videos released at the same time.
On the 16th, according to a YG Entertainment senior official, Winner, having their comeback ahead, are currently filming 3 music videos. In this mini album, it is expected to include 4~5 songs and they will be filming a music video for more than half of the songs. This means they're devoting as much of their energy in Winner's comeback.
From album production cost, the music videos have the most financial burden. In the case of other record labels, it's normal to film a music video for one song which is the title song. However, in the case of YG CEO, Yang Hyun Suk, his willingness of the music videos is very strong. Last year, from May to August every month, Big Bang released two music videos and two new songs. iKON released a new song and music video a few times. Releasing 3 music videos at the same time like Winner's promotion is the first time ever to happen in YG. It seems like it will be the best comeback ever to satisfy the sense of frustration on their long hiatus.
A YG official told OSEN "As much as Winner, who swept the Best New Artist Awards last year, had over a year long hiatus, YG is preparing a lot and devoting as much energy in Winner's comeback. They have their comeback next month as well as for next week, approximately for two weeks, a new and unique beforehand promotion will start. There are high expectations as it is something that CEO Yang came up with and is proceeding it himself."
Previously on the 11th, Winner released "Pricked," written and composed by Song Mino. Originally, this song had no plans on music video promotions. It will be included as the last track in the mini album which will be released next month.

"Actor School" with Nam Taehyun Teaser
Ohmygodohmygodohmygoddjkfjsadjfkljkdje. "Actor School" premiere with Taehyun is almost upon us. I am so excited...*gasps loudly* my Namtae ^^. I don't know if you can tell, but Taehyun is my bias of Winner. Anyways, in the short teaser below, Park Shin Yang, the host of the show, is demonstrating some intense acting skills. The scene then cuts to Nam Taehyun along with six other classmates standing on chairs. The show will air next month on tvN. Check out the teaser and photos below:

KARA's Split Is Now Official
Welp, it's finally official folks: KARA has split...again. DSP sent out a press release today stating that Gyuri, Hara, and Seungyeon have terminated their contracts and will be moving on to other ventures. They will no longer be associated with DSP Media. The agency said they respect the three women's decision and wish them luck on future endeavors.
As for Young-ji, well, DSP Media said she will continue on as a solo artist and they will do their best to makes sure she succeeds in her solo career. I'm not surprised at KARA splitting up since I posted about rumors of their disbandment before. Where there's smoke, there's fire, am I right? I must say, though, it's been a good 9 years. RIP KARA.
